Always wait an hour after eating and drinking to avoid brushing away enamel softened by acidic foods. Don't rinse out your mouth afterwards as this removes the fluoride you've spent two minutes putting on your teeth and gums. People who rinse increase their decay rate by about 20 per cent!
Thank you to Charlotte Hemming who has agreed we can share her feedback: I just wanted to send you a quick email to thank you for making brush time easy and fun again. My three children recently went for a check up at the dentist and while two of my children had lovely clean and healthy teeth and gums, my son was struggling. This lead to him being upset and made brushing times very stressful for both of us, as he was getting himself in to a state about it. So I asked for advice at the dentist and they pointed out your plaque tablets (TePe PlaqSearch). All three of my children now can't wait to use these tablets after brushing and checking that they've brushed properly. I must confess I've had a go aswell! So, thank you once again. Thank you, Charlotte Hemming
