“At TePe, we want to contribute to positive change and continue creating value for our customers and consumers. Besides promoting health and wellbeing, our teams have put tremendous efforts into reducing the carbon footprint of our products and packaging by means of continuous improvements, shifting to renewable sources, and using green energy”, says Hanna Hageberg Hammar, CEO of TePe.

Selected highlights from TePe Sustainability Report 2021

  • Phasing out fossil raw materials from production resulting in a consecutive launch of biobased products with a significantly smaller carbon footprint.

  • Sustained use of 100% green energy in production, supplemented by energy from TePe’s own solar power plant.

  • Continuous increase of sustainable materials in packaging, reaching for 100% renewable/recycled/FSC certified materials in 2025, as well as improving packaging recyclability.

  • A reduced footprint from transport by upscaling transition from air to sea freight.

  • Maintained levels of gender representation (52% female managers) as well as high levels of attendance.
