The Role

TePe has been working with dental experts to provide high quality dental products since 1965.  Our vision is to encourage healthy smiles, by inspiring good oral health

We believe good oral heath is possible throughout life, so your role as Practice Relationship Manager will be to build strong and enduring relationships with dental practice teams by sharing our knowledge, products and insights.

Each visit to practices will be different, from providing product presentations and promotional campaign materials to delivering point-of-sale and merchandising, and as a TePe Ambassador you’ll have an in depth knowledge of our products and their uses, and will be able to recommend them to dental professionals. 


What are we looking for?

You will need to be outgoing, confident and comfortable building new relationships with the dental practices in your area:  they are really busy teams, so at times resilience and tenacity will required.

We would love you to have a dental background and a passion for health and wellness.

You will have your own territory to look after, so being self-motivated will be important, as will demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

You will need to be able to drive, and be comfortable with spending nights away from home each week.
