About the speaker

 

Emma Göranson is a DDS, PhD, and specialist orthodontist. Her research focuses on malocclusions and oral health-related quality of life in adolescents, and equity in publicly funded orthodontic care. Her work includes psychometric evaluation of OHRQoL instruments, reliability and validity of malocclusion indices, and large-scale epidemiological studies based on Swedish registry data. Emma combines research with clinical orthodontic practice and regularly lectures in orthodontics.
