Last summer you helped raise £25,000 for charity by supporting 500 Miles 4 Smiles. You, along with hundreds of other volunteers reached thousands of people with positive messages about the importance of good oral health and hygiene and raising awareness of mouth cancer.
This year we’re back under a name and once again looking for your support!
Moveit4smiles is an oral health initiative which aims to raise awareness of mouth cancer, simply by moving from A to B. The voluntary campaign is looking for anybody with a passion for raising awareness of important health issues to organise or take part in charity walks, swims, runs or bicycle rides. How you do it is completely up to you!

Congratulations to Rhiannon Jones, who was presented with the @BSDHT graduation award by TePe Hygienist, Judy Caesley. Rhiannon who is already a qualified Dental Hygienist is studying for her Diploma in Dental Therapy was presented this award for her most consistent clinical and theoretical achievement throughout the training programme.
Irish Pharmacy News journal's OTC Product Awards, held on 6th March, showcasing Ireland's best pharmacy products and promoting brand awareness. The aim of the awards is to identify and reward product development and innovation in the pharmacy sector and recognise the marketing efforts of Irish based manufacturers and distribution companies. Entrants were asked to demonstrate how their brand has been marketed more successfully than its competitors as part of the entry criteria. The awards were judged by a selected panel of multiple pharmacy buyers and independent pharmacists, and they gave their verdict based on the product's customer impact, packaging, promotional material and training.
Fay Higgin entered TePe Interdental Brushes for the Best Oral Care Product in the Over the Counter (OTC) Product Awards. The awards were announced 06 March 2015 and furthermore, it has been fantastic to hear we are a category winner. Read more
