Introducing Our New Clinical Education Team

Miranda Joined TePe in October 2023 as the Head of Clinical Education. With a robust background in clinical practice, training and development. Miranda has spent over two decades working in various dental care settings, where she has honored her skills in creating and delivering comprehensive training programs. Her passion for education and commitment to excellence drives our education department forward, developing educational content for external partners, working alongside marketing and sales departments and supporting our clinical educational team.

Laura, our Clinical Education Manager, is another key member of our team. Laura joined the team in January 2024 and comes with extensive clinical experience and experience in curriculum design. With a strong foundation in both clinical practice and education, Laura is well-equipped to develop programs that meet the diverse needs of our future dental professionals. Her innovative approach to education will undoubtedly enhance our training offerings. Laura's day to day includes organising and delivering our universities program to future dental professionals all over the UK, developing a BDS, Dental Nurse and CDT modules to add to our educational offering to the future dental professionals.

Kimberley rounds out our team with her expertise in clinical pratice and hands-on training. Kimberley is the newest member of the Clinical Education Team, joining us in July 2025. Kimberley has a proven track record of implementing successful simulation-based education programs that improve clinical skills and patient outcomes. Her dedication to practical, experiential learning will be instrumental in advancing our educational goals. Kimberley's day to day includes liaising with the Dental groups and supporting them with any educational needs such as Front-of-House training for non-clinical staff, organising webinars for the groups and attending conferences and training days where required.

Together, Miranda, Laura and Kimberley form a powerhouse team that is poised to elevate our clinical education programs to new heights. We are excited to see the positive impact they will have on our organisation and the professional growth of our clinical staff.
